Request deletion of your data

Tell us the address you used and we will erase what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.

We will send a link to that address first, to confirm the request came from you. Without that step anyone could delete someone else’s booking.

One thing we cannot remove: if you paid us, the record of that payment is kept for as long as tax rules require. Your name, email, phone number and anything you wrote about yourself are stripped from it, and only the dates and the amount remain.
